Thursday 31st January
Workshop: Creative Mediterranean cuisine with sparkling and rose wine from the region prepared by chefs from the leading Dubrovnik hotels and restaurants led by Petar Obad, Executive Chef at Hotel Excelsior;
Leading Croatian sommeliers present the potential of sparkling and rose wines of the County. This workshop held at Hotel More is aimed at hoteliers and restaurateurs.
Friday 1st February
Workshop:A unique story is a precondition of a successful brand. The presentation will look at how important the unique story of a brand is (with concrete examples) from the perspective of leading Croatian designers of Brandoctor. The workshop is aimed at wine growers.
Saturday February 2nd
Presentation of vineyards of the County. Local wine growers will presesnt their finest wines which attendees will have the chance to taste and purchase at promotional prices.
