A hot day and above average air temperature enticed many locals and tourists out for walks in the fresh air and some even swam in the sea. The temperature of the sea fluctuated between 14 and 17 degrees Celsius during the course of the day making swimming only for the brave.
Those who weren’t ready to bathe in the Adriatic soaked up the sun on the local beaches as temperatures hit 22 degrees. More warm weather is expected this weekend so be sure to make the most of it as rain is possible on Monday. A perfect way to make the most of nature and the warm weather would be taking a boat to the island of Lokrum as regular boat services resume from the old harbour tomorrow.
