With the return of sun and warmer weather also comes Spring Gourmet Week, which will take place from April 1st to 8th. This is a gastronomic event reserved for enjoying the fantastic specialties prepared in Dubrovnik restaurants.

Just a few of the various specialties are Chicken Panko Donburi with Sriracha Mayo, Fragrant Meatballs in Curry Coconut Sauce, Churros (crunchy Mexican biscuits) with Dark Chocolate Sauce, as well as typical specialties such as Black Bryony, Asparagus, Spring Onion and Egg Salad with Grilled Sardines, White Fish Carpaccio with Shrimp in Tempura, and Fresh Sea Bass Fillet on Wilted Baby Spinach with a White Sauce

This gastronomic event features the participation of restaurants Azur, Banje Beach, Cantina Mexicana Chihuahua, Steakhouse Domino, Restoran Gusta Me, Kopun, Lajk, Langusto – Hotel Valamar Lacroma, Orka, Orsan, Rhea Silvia Wine & Tapas Bar, Konoba Rozario, Restoran Sphere – Hotel Kompas, Stara Loza, Restoran Taj Mahal (in the Old City) and Restoran Taj Mahal (at Hotel Lero).
