This week long yoga intensive is a joyful immersion in sun, water, inner and outer peace and offers a fresh, mindful approach to building ones yoga practice while enjoying a fun holiday.
The mornings are dedicated to the exploration of different styles of asana, pranayama and meditation practices, while the afternoons can be used to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas which are widely known as one of the most naturally, culturally and historically rich locations in the World.
A small group of maximum 11 participants and highly individual approach are important aspects of this yoga intensive. The support of two experienced 500 RYT teachers allows you to devote time to build steadiness, lightness and integrity in your asana practice.

Mornings start with a focus on the exploration of the inner Self through the practice of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and discussions on the philosophical pillars of a complete yoga practice. Followed by led asana classes are based on the dynamic and invigorating Ashtanga or Vinyasa style.
Two mornings are dedicated to workshops with a more in depth exploration of different aspects of asana practice focusing on alignment, anatomy and other principles to support ones physical asana practice.
