The Gustav Lindenthal Medal is awarded for individual, recent outstanding achievements in bridge construction that demonstrate technical and material innovation, aesthetic value, harmony with the environment, or successful community involvement. Croatian Roads Authority has been named the recipient of the 2023 annual award for the Pelješac Bridge in the category of exceptional engineering accomplishment, which encompasses aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable practices in bridge construction.
