Dubrovnik’s far famous Hotel Bellevue opened its doors after a month-long renovation – the complete reconstruction of rooms and apartments – where the Adriatic Luxury Hotels invested more than 400 thousand Kunas per room. This is the first significant investment in Hotel Bellevue since its opening in 2006.
With an investment that included thorough changes to all accommodation facilities and part of the hotel’s interior, a boutique hotel was created with a beautiful panoramic sea view. The boutique hotel Bellevue is a unique blend of discreet luxury and oasis of peace in Dubrovnik, immersed in the rocks of city’s Miramare Bay.
Completely refurbished and renovated, Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik has 91 elegant accommodation units; 115 rooms and 14 luxurious suites with presidential suite ‘Lovor’.
The Portuguese design studio Tereza Prego, specialized in interior design of exclusive hotels and residences, was engaged in the project. The hotel has been completely redesigned to capture the vivid Mediterranean ambience, reflecting the natural colors of the surrounding landscape through sophisticated design, contemporary style and an unusual, modern spirit. The reception area is completely redone, as well as the spice lounge bar and restaurant Vapor with its terraces overlooking the bay.
Besides the existing restaurants Vapor and Nevera, newness is The Wine Bar which perfectly blends into the elegant and luxurious ambience of the hotel. The Wine Bar, along with a carefully selected wine list with a rich selection of over 180 top quality wines and champagnes includes, besides local wines, rarities and wines from around the world, also offer ‘Wine Flight’ – a tasting experience that combines three types of the most prominent Croatian wines with specially selected local specialties.
